P Elliott & Co Ltd Project Location Belfast Project Details This eye-catching 14-storey reinforced concrete frame development is to be known as ‘The Boat'. The building comprises of apartments, office space, restaurant and bar with underground car parking accessed by a car lift. Due to the complex space of the building, we decided to use Ischebeck Titan Aluminium shoring on a ‘Strip and Re-erect' basis to construct the 6,000m2 of flat slab. The circular columns are being constructed with Geotube. The lift shafts are being constructed with Peri Trio Formwork.
